For your tracker to work properly, a valid subscription is required. If you'd like to end this subscription, here's how:
You can cancel your subscription at any time. However, payment is still required for the commitment period.
For example, there is a 1 year commitment for the month-to-month and yearly subscription payment plan, and a 2 year commitment for the 2 year pre-paid plan.
Every subscription can be refunded fully in the first 30 days after the payment was received (activation or renewal).
To get a refund, please contact our support team at support@invoxia.com with your renewal invoice or your confirmation e-mail. Our agents will help you.
💡 At this time, we do not offer an option to pause subscription. Once subscription has been canceled, you will be required to purchase a new subscription in order to reactivate your Smart Dog Collar.
