You are able to transfer the remaining Smart Dog Collar or Minitailz subscription from one device to another. In order to do that, please follow these steps:
💡 Please make sure that you have the activation code. (If you have lost it, don't worry, we can help!)
- Contact us at support with the MAC address of the device that is currently linked with your subscription. You will find your MAC address in device in settings. Write to support@invoxia.com : "I would like to transfer the remaining subscription from (original device)"
- For security reasons, please provide proof of ownership by providing either an original purchase invoice, activation code, a picture of the serial number on the box that your received your device in etc.
Once you have sent us this information we will be able to unlink the previous device and the subscription will be ready for you to activate with your new device.
